Frequently asked questions
Is washing of linens and towels included?
Yes, when there’s a washing machine with a quick cycle on‑site. Without a machine we arrange dry‑cleaning and the client is charged for this.
Do you bring your own linens?
As a rule we use the client’s textiles. Alternative arrangements can be made.
What if the guest checks in earlier?
Please let us know as soon as possible – we’ll try to adapt to your schedule. Bookings should normally be made at least 24 hours in advance.
